Shipping & Returns

What is your return/refund policy?

At this time we do not accept refunds, cancelations, or exchanges. This business is owned and operated by just me so it is not possible for me to offer any of these. Please be fully aware of this when making a purchase.

We also do not price match previously placed orders to reflect any current sale, discount, or change in price.

If you have a problem with your order, please feel free to contact us, as we will try to get it resolved as soon as possible. Thank you!

When will I receive my order?

Please check our current processing time on our shipping policy. During that processing time, you should receive a tracking number and shipping information on your order.

Once I drop your order off at the post office, it is out of my hands. I cannot control how quickly it gets to you. If your order takes an excessive amount of time to get to you, please reach out to your local USPS before reaching out to us.

I am a one-woman show, so please be patient with me as I get orders out. I try to get them out as soon as possible, but am not always able to do so

Do you ship internationally?

No, not at this time. With the current tariffs in place, this isn't something that I can take on. Hopefully in the future I will be able to offer my products outside of the U.S.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We’re so sorry! If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo at lemonjoyclay@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt, and we’ll make it right.

Other Questions

Are your earrings allergy free?

Yes! I do my best to use quality metal materials in all of my findings. As of now, they are all nickel free and either silver plated or gold plated.

Some earrings look really big, are they heavy?

Polymer clay is surprisingly lightweight! Even some of the larger earrings weigh no more than that of a quarter. You should have no problem wearing them all day without them feeling heavy or pulling on your ears.

How do I properly care for my earrings?

Polymer clay earrings are very durable but you should be careful not to bend or pull on them or sleep in them. This will prevent damage. You also shouldn't wear them while showering or swimming. Do not leave them out in the sun or excessive heat. Clean the posts as you would any other earrings - with a wash cloth and soap or a baby wipe.
